What is AHCC? AHCC is obtained from several subspecies of hybridized mushroom mycelia. Developed in Japan, AHCC is supported by 29 positive studies published in peer-reviewed scientific journals recognized by the National Institutes of Health. Unlike most other mushroom extracts, AHCC has a very low molecular weight of just 5,000 daltons and is rich in alpha-glucans, increasing absorption and efficacy.
